the car is still in restoration,, 62 studebaker hawk gt, gran tourismo,, original engine, 289 v8. flightomatic automatic trans. runs drives great,, taken to local showsnew desert tan paint, new trunk liner, original spare tire?, still has orig tags in engine bay,,
new rockers and new metal where needed, but not much,, very solid original car from florida, tag on glove box
has radio option ( works, dont know if ant is hooked up) , and studebaker ac, ( non working as of yet,, fan blows)
twin traction rear axle control
rebuilt hydrovac brake booster. all new brakes, lines, hoses, master cylinder
valve cover gasket, generator rebuild
new starter solenoid, ignition coil, voltage regulator, fuel regulator, inline filter, electric fuel pump,
new suspension , steering
engine flushed, new freeze plugs, new oil, filter, antifreeze, full tune up , battery
gas tank rebuilt by gas tank renu
interior needs redone,, getting to that, but buy her now at a lower price,,
not perfect, but really nice,, great driver,, plenty of power,, stops really well
best if you can take a look at the car,, there will be no returns or no refunds,, described as best i can,, feel free to ask questions,, taken weekly to area car shows
unsure of mileage, i have $150 in shop manual, chassis parts catalog, and owners manual
fuel gauge not working,, havent checked it out,, cant believe when they did the gas tank, it wasnt checked??
no wipers. interior trim, door panel, wiper blades in trunk. odo show 41K mi,, dont know what milage is for sure
