Description
This is a well maintained and looked after little ute. EMost everything is pretty good, I just got a later modelroadworthy and ready for work or play.188k, 6mo Rego. A/C, Canopy and 5 sunrasias. FWD/4WD Hi/Lo Four on the floor. Tyres good. Heater works great. Motor runs cool.
Pro's:
No structural rust, originally 'ming'ed and recently fish oiled by me.
New windscreen
4 new Shocks and rubbers.
Reco starter motor
New Hella h4 headlights with 35w HID globes - works great.
New gas struts to canopy - stays up!
Crashpad good and kept that way with new dash mat.
Comes with over bumper alloy bull bar (pictured in the back) and lightweight roofracks, and factory mud spats (not pictured).
Recently tuned/oils with new fuel filters.
Mods:
The original clock failed and I replaced it with a tacho.
Also added a coolant recovery reservoir.
Driving and fog light wiring installed.
Intermittent wiper switch and module fitted from s/w version.
Kill switch.Dash flasher.
Cons:
Has a light crease on passenger's side - not noticeable unless you look for it - see photo.
Has some dings in the tailgate. The tailgate top chrome trim is off at present but will come with the vehicle with new factory plastic anchors.
Rear bumber babies are a bit ordinary.
The A/c will need regassing (dont they all?).
Passenger disc has slight judder under brakes -(comes with a new set of discs and pads that I haven't had time to fit).
Passenger tie rod will likely need replacing next rego - comes with a new set..
Missing an antenna (avail ebay).
This ute is really worth keeping but I want to use the money to modify my latest Suby.
Can deliver to Cooma/Canberra NSW or Cann River VIC by appointment.
