Forester 98 for sale unregistered. 310000kms
This was my first car so it's had a few bumps along the way!
Obviously it has some issues so here we go. ..
Check engine light is almost always on (fine on freeway) - mechanic checked it and couldn't find a reason why though.
It's occasionally reluctant to set off from lights.
Sometimes it's a little jumpy.
Bumper pins are missing but this leads to the unique modification of gaffa tape, or 100mph tape. Good enough for bathhurst good enough for me!
The S and B feel off but i still have them. If your planning a trip to Central Australia then you can adapt these letters to have an Uluru Forester.
Now the good points.
Recently changed top radiator hose.
Timing belt was replaced less than a year ago.
Brakes done on same service.
Still running and it will get you from a to b!
98 Foresters still sell for about $4-5k so anyone with anyone knowledge of cars can make a tidy profit.
Perfect paddy basher.
