No tax due to new tax law

Full service history
Extensive history showing lots of previous work carried out over the years
Timing belt replaced in march 2013 with reciept to prove
3 former keepers
Just had 4 new tyres fitted at its mot last month
Original spoiler and scoop are there and will come with the car
Fitted with sunroof and air con
Hpi clear, still have the report from when i bought it
Registred in feb 2006, so misses out on the expensive road tax that started 1 month later making this the more desirable model
Full stainless exhaust fitted along
With induction kit and dump valve
Otherwise standard car
It is 9 years old so obviously it
Does have some signs of wear and tear etc
Got the odd small mark on the paintwork etc( nothing major)
Engine management light is on
Its only due to the tumble gas valve/flaps sticking
Very common on the 2.5's and doesnt affect the way it drives
I will plug it into computer and show anybody this to prove it,
I can reset it, usualy stays off for a few days
Otherwise good condition and drives perfect
