Description
For Sale, my fantastic Subaru Legacy Estate, in gleaming red metallic. Have owned this for just about a year and has proved to be one of the best all round cars I have had. In superb condition, there are a few very minor marks on the bodywork but none are immediately aparent. When I got her the rear bumper was scuffed and the O/S/R wheel arch has been caught and was bubbling a little. I had both these painted, however the rear arch has just started to bubble up again. Everything needing to be done has been, but these have all been maintenance wear and tear jobs, including front discs and pads, front upper and lower arm bushes, front ball joints, front and rear drop links and front and rear anti rollbar bushes, new plugs fitted approx six months ago. Recently the Cambelt and water pump have been replaced, oil/Filter and pollen filter done approx 6 months ago. I have bought new oil and filter but hasn't been done yet. She has rear loadliner fitted. In October all tyres were replaced with Goodyear Efficient Grips. I also fitted a GROM Bluetooth kit, allowing you to take calls handsfree and stream your music to the stereo system.
She has full history, part Subaru/Part Independant. Everything works as it should wihout exception. The only niggle she has is the catch for the tailgate release doesnt always spring back, but you then just do it manually. The alloys could do with a refurb if you're fussy. I did attempt the front wheels about 6 months ago, but never got round to the rear ones before the wetter weather hit us and my garage has ben demolished awaiting for a new one to be built so couln't do the rears.
She has Stainless cat back system and I have covered the underneath with copious amounts of waxoyle. She is mechanically sound (it is a Subaru!), everything is quiet refind and smooth including the high/low ratio mechanism.
Pretty good on fuel for a petrol permanent 4wd car, I get around 30mpg locally, and have achieved well into the 40's on a decent motorway run.
If you want to know any more that I may not have covered here, please ask. Be warned: please dont ask me a question that has already been covered in the description, otherwise I'll have to assume you aren't that interested and don't have a life!!
I am selling without reserve so the once the starting price is achieved it's sold!
I am selling due to the fact I'm about to be collecting my new company car and unfortunately she won't be getting any use.
I am happy for you to come and see the car, but if you wish to drive her, you MUST bring proof you are insured!
Successful bidder must contact me within 24hours, with a paypal deposit of £100 and the rest in cash on collection.
Thankyou for looking and happy bidding!
