Description
2007 Subaru Forester XT, 5sp Manual, excellent condition throughout.
Full service history including the major service (timing belt, idlers, water pump, spark plugs-all genuine parts), with oil and filter changed every 5000km religiously, Upper Engine Cleaner and Injector Cleaner every 10000km. The scheduled servicing is every 12 months or 12500km, but I can't bring myself to put oil through that kind of torture
I'm the second owner, having picked this up from a dealer in Caloundra in 2013 with 55000km on the clock after an exhaustive search for the best example I could find, regardless of where it was in the country. So, two flights and a seven hour journey home later, it was mine. A recent move to the ACT means it's time I bought another house, so sadly the Forester's gotta go. I've kept it registered in NSW for the sake of convenience and it's due for renewal in December. Please note; the plates shown in the photos have since been transferred to my wife's car-standard black on yellow NSW plates are now attached.
Performance is what you'd expect from a turbocharged Subaru and real world fuel economy is pretty stout; I'll get 10l/100km on my typical commute, and into the 8-9l/100km range on the freeway.
I'm happy for this vehicle to undergo any mechanical inspection and more photos can be supplied upon request.
