Description
up for sale is my 1999 wrx custom. A REAL HEAD TURNER!
just before i got the car the previous owner put new gaskets throughout the whole engine. the car was dyno'd by last owner but i dont have dyno sheets. would have roughly 200kw easy on 20psi
-the car has had a full respray in ruby slippers ppg paint and looks absolutely amazing in the sun. (changes from a dark red to gold to green glitter depending on the sun).
-the car is on coilovers with camber tops so can be lowered or raised easily (comes with tools to do so)
-it has a 3 inch exhaust through to a varex muffler (can be loud or quitened just by the flick of a switch).
-has 18 inch chrome wheels with okay rubber (may need 2 front tyres replaced)
-huge front mount intercooler kit which was brand new when i got the car.
-HID headlight kit
-VF23 sti turbo running 20psi (brand new)
-the interior is in quite good condition for its age. (2 cigarette burns from previous owner on rear seat, the car doesnt smell like cigarettes at all as i havent smoked in it since i got it)
-car has a decent sound system (1x12 inch sub 2 x 6x9s in the rear and 2 x 6 inch speaker in the front doors which are all amped)
over all its a great car and is a weapon and is always run on 98 petrol. i always service it with fully synthetic oil and i treat the car like a baby its washed almost every week.. i have probably missed alot more things but this is all i can think of at the moment. it turns so many heads and get so many compliments! it is a regretful sale but it has to go due to personal reasons and losing my licence. the car has 3 months rego on it since the 5/9/14. It would pass an inspection with ease (just raise it and maybe tyres) the paint of the car is almost worth the asking price alone!! my loss your gain!
BAD POINTS
*the rear diff has a small wine which probably only needs oil. it doesnt not affect the car at all and nothing bad would come from it.
*it does need an exhaust gasket which is $20 i just dont have the time to fix it.
*4th gear syncro mesh very rarely crunches and is hardly noticeable
with little to no work at all this car would be in a1 condition, its never let me down and is an absolute pleasure to drive. i really dont want to sell it at all but there is no point in me keeping it with no licence when someone else could have the honour to enjoy it.
