2002 Subaru Wrx Wrx

I'm looking to sell my 2002 Subaru WRX Sedan.
The car is located in Burlington Ontario Canada. It is an original US Car that has been properly imported into Canada years ago. The cluster however was left in MPH which helps if the new owner should return the car to the US. I will help as best as I can with shipping the vehicle to the new buyer after funds have cleared.

The car currently has 93,759 Miles is currently my daily driver during the summer months so mileage will increase. Its dead nuts reliable and has never left me stranded. Previous Owner has said to have done the Timing Belt and Water Pump (I have No record of this though).
No Rust in "typical" problem areas. Rear quarter panels, front fenders, bottoms of doors are all original and rust free. Paint is in very good condition for a 15 year old car. Typical stone chips on the front end, a few door dings and the odd scratch. Overall the car inside and out is very clean. This is my 6th 02-07 GD Chassis WRX/STI so I'm aware of the "problem areas these cars can have, And this car has none of those. This car is not a perfect collector car, but it is a very clean, well kept and maintained fun car with some great upgrades. Its taken a lot of money and time to get and keep this car how you see it here.
I wouldn't hesitate to get in this car and drive it anywhere, anytime.
Doesn't burn any oil in between oil changes (every 2800miles, full synthetic). Doesn't smoke on startup, Doesn't burn oil out the exhaust while on throttle. No oil sutt/discoloration on the rear bumper. Everything works as it should. pw, pl, a/c, cruise, all lights, would pass inspection I would imagine with no problems. (Ontario safety check was just done in April of 2017).
I have receipts from this year alone of $3000.00- $4000.00 which I can provide to the new owner.

Motivated to sell, Willing to help with the sale of car any way that I can. I've never shipped a vehicle before. I am located about a hour from the Buffalo NY boarder if that helps.

There are some things that I feel are considered "flaws" which are listed below which may be important to a new owner. I Would like this to be a much of a transparent process as possible:
-Some stone chips on the front end and the odd scratch that could be polished I'm sure by a body shop. never bothered me though.
-drivers door handle has a spot on the inside of the handle where your grab that the paint has "worn" through.
-A/C doesn't blow very cold, Could use a recharge if you love ice cold a/c.
-Factory Momo steering wheel has wear.
-Hard trunk floor board cover and spare tire are gone, everything else is present and intact though.
-Check Engine Light is on because the exhaust system is "catless" (OEM down pipe with cats will come with the sale of the vehicle).

Vehicle is being sold AS-IS. I Have it for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction at anytime. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours at the end of the auction. Once the remaining funds have cleared then the vehicle will be detailed and ready for pick up.
