2011 Subaru WRX - great condition, daily driver, modified and reliable

I have for sale my 2011 Subaru WRX. Only one owner, me - had this car since mile 7. Car currently has 99634 miles and going up every day bit by bit - after all this is my daily driver. Been debating selling it for a while now due to wanting a nice lifted off road truck/suv. Nothing wrong with it - I know that questions usually comes up - so again, nothing wrong with it - interest simply changing. I'd love to keep it and have both but that isn't feasable.
Car has all maintenance records, from the first oil change up until now. I've been doing most of the maintenance on it aside from a few things. Oil changed every 3-5k miles with Full Synthetic Shell Rotella 5w-40. All necessary maintenance has been done to keep it driving smooth.
Car has been modified, tuned and driven that way for the past 5 years without a single issue. It's fast, it pulls hard and it's reliable. Currently, for the past 3 years, running strictly on E85 due to arizona heat and the fact that I wanted more power + more reliability + safety.
Drivetrain/Engine upgrades:
- Clutch upgraded to ACT heavy duty performance - good to about 450ft/lbs torque
- Invidia catless downpipe - divorced wastegate
- Invidia n1 catback exhaust
- AEM cold air intake
- FMS FMIC (front mount intercooler kit)

- Certain vacuum lines replaced with very high end sillicone lines

Brakes/Suspension upgrades:
- Hawk HPS front / rear brake pads
- Stoptech stainless steel lines front / rear
- Eibach camber bolts
- Eibach adjustable 25mm front / 22mm rear sway bar kit
- Kartboy front / rear endlinks
- New set (all 4) tires: Pirelli PZero all season plus
Interior upgrades:
- Cobb shiftknob
- SMY ClusterMaker dual gauge pod
- AEM wideband uego digital gauge (air/fuel ratio)
- Prosport boost gauge
As I had mentioned car has been tuned for the past 3 years to run on e85 via accessport - which will obviously be included in the sale. I also have various tunes and contact with a reliable tuner that's done a wonderful job with the car over the past 6 years. Currently it's tuned and running very reliably, pushing about 23lbs of boost - making approximately 380awhp and about 410 ft/lbs torque. I'm happy with these numbers and how quick it is and didn't want to sacrifice reliability for more power.
I'm willing to entertain test drives but not comfortable having someone else drive the car without money / cash / offer - in hand and I think you should understand that. If I see you're serious I can make an exception - but not into offering joyrides.
I realize that these cars hold value very well. I also realize that the car's been modified and that you could argue that drops the value while others would argue that it would increase the value of the car. I understand all that. I've looked at comparables of what they are selling for - less miles / more miles, year up and down. I am NOT in a hurry to sell the car. Car has been paid off, I own it which means I have the title. I don't have to sell the car therefore will not entertain lowball offers because I am not desperate.
Given all that, the current amount I'd like to sell the car for would be $17,500.
