subaru wrx 1995 4 door

paintwork poor condition clear coat is peeling off.MOTOR Starts and runs ,no smoke,no engine knocking.Has loss of power maybe timing.turbo works.Has water leak in top plastic tank.I am not mechanic and dont have means to fix.Not original motor had new clutch and pressure plate fitted.5 speed gearbox ok.NO ROADWORTHY OR REGO. Car located at Deer Park Melb.Starting price is lowest i will take so no silly offers.INSPECT BEFORE BIDDING
