Red Suzuki Grand Vitara Automatic,V6 2500, spares or repair

Here is My most beloved Suzuki Vitara , the engine seized up on me and it won't start ,
so I am having to sell him for spares or repair ,
he is a lovely red colour, Automatic
but has a couple more things wrong with him
it passed the MOT but with advisory's
as you see the back bumper had a disagreement with a rock hidden in long grass!!
and the nearside tyre is worn, had new tyres on last year,
cash payment on collection Please, Thank You .
