Relisted as I decided to go away for 2 weeks during the last advert! Apologies if I have not got back to anyone, my phone has been unable to receive text messages for some reason. Reduced as I now have another vehicle.
For sale: my 2002 Suzuki Jimny JLX. Bought as an off road project but I have since realised I don't have the time to justify it, and I could really do with a bigger vehicle! It has been taken off road once (my first time, so pretty tame stuff) and otherwise has just been used on road between my house and my work. This is a really clean example of a Jimny, I waited ages for the right one to come up for sale. Almost in immaculate condition, with one very small scuff on the rear passenger side corner (hardly noticeable). Just sailed through its MOT, with the only advisories being 'nearside rear brake pipe slightly corroded' (which I will clean up) and 'nearside anti-roll bar linkage has slight play in ball joint' (which I personally cannot detect, but more than happy to fix this very minor issue if need be). Spec is as follows:
2" suspension lift, with Rough Country gas shock absorbers and tilt-compensated springs
GT Radial Mud Terrain tyres (235/75/15) on 8 spoke black steel wheels. Almost no wear on tyres
Sony Bluetooth headset with better than standard speakers (cant remember the brand)
Full (I think) service history, seems to have been serviced pretty much every 5000 miles through its life.
New catalytic converter ~1000 miles ago
New lambda/crankshaft sensors as they are known to fail
I have just given her an oil/fluids/filters service, mechanic who did the MOT said 'she's a really clean vehicle'
Original wheels and tyres are included in this listing (if you want them)
At time of posting, mileage is 56894.
Vehicle is currently in Chester but can be relocated with a couple days notice.
May be withdrawn any time as this vehicle is advertised elsewhere. Sold as seen.
