SUZUKI LJ 50V 1977
Is this the best unrestored LJ 50 around?
The last of my LJ collection. I’ve had about 10 of them over the years and kept the best ‘till last.
Classic 3 cylinder 2 stroke 600cc power (if you could call it power!). 4 forward gears plus High and low range.
Purchased in 2008 not going, its had a cosmetic clean up. New seats in the original material, new mats, good second hand bar tread tyres inc. a good spare not fitted.
Replacement lens and mirrors. Painted previously to my purchase.
The Body is in very good condition, no rust or bubbling in the body seam below the rear (side) windows. Floors good with some minor surface corrosion but no holes as you may expect from an almost 40 year-old car that would have had plastic mats as new. Typical LJ dent to the body below the rear door hinge.
Motor runs well but ‘rattly’.
COMES WITH ORIGINAL TOOLS AND LAMPS. A FULL SET OF NEW WHEEL CYLINDERS, A SPARE MOTOR, GEAR BOX AND OTHER 50 STUFF.
Not registered, now RWC or warranty.
