Description
Here we have my brothers beautiful Avensis 2.2 D4D T180
hatch. This is a fantastic car with all the toys you could ask for and then
some including:
· Full Electric Front seats with electric lumbar on drivers
· Leather/Alcantara upholstery
· Dual zone climate controlled Air Conditioning (blows ice cold)
· Cruise control
· Electric operated/powered folding/heated wing mirrors with led side repeaters built in
· 2 remote keys + grey master
· One touch electric windows all round
· Built in sat nav
· Auto Lights
· Auto Wipers
· Auto dipping rear view mirror
· 17” alloys
· 6 speed gearbox
· Trip computer
· Etc
This example also benefits from some optional extras such as:
· DAB
· Toyota wind deflectors
· Rear park assist
· Rear roller blind
· Rear bumper guard branded AVENSIS
· Mud guards
It has covered just shy of 105k miles and has a mostly full service history (previous owner was a driving instructor and sent all invoices to her accountant and didn’t keep a copy for the cars record – it has had a new clutch/dmf in that time but no receipt however you know by driving).
Last recorded service was at 86782 miles on 14/05/2013 which was exactly 2 weeks before the previous owner took ownership. It was serviced since and was last done 24/10/2014.
All previous invoices we have as well as all old MOT’s, the book pack and V5 in my brothers name.
At the last MOT (05/02/2015 @ 103361 miles) the only advisory was both front tyres worn close to legal limit. These were both replaced.
He has not had this car long and is sad to be selling but the car was purchased as he’d been relocated work wise and was doing 70 miles a day. About 2 weeks after getting this car to save money on the commute they changed their minds and put him working 2 miles away from home and as such this fantastic car is no longer suited to his commute. He has now purchased a smaller petrol car for this short use and would like to see this car going to a caring new owner.
As he planned to keep the car it has had upgrade headlight bulbs fitted with LED side lights, New Bosch Aero wipers at the front and a new rear wiper as well. He also purchased a K&N replacement air filter as these are a lifetime item – you only clean them every 50k miles and give you both a performance and economy gain.
The wheels were refurbished when we purchased the car and really set this car off beautifully.
Now for the bad bits..
Its a 7 year old car and has a few little scuffs and scrapes here and there. Nothing too obvious and the car benefitted from being Machine Polished and waxed (by myself) so has a beautiful shine.
There is one loose piece of trim inside which is the drivers door window switch panel although I should have repaired this before anyone views. Only saying in case I haven’t had a chance as I’m away all of this week however there is always someone home.
Only other negative I can think of is that we are having to sell it. Really is a beautiful car and I’m sure it will make it next owner a very happy person.
