Reliable Toyota Camry 1997 for Sale
According to the Tester the car has the following defects:
Moisture in right light assembly/Boot - Fact.
2 x Stop Lights not working - Fact: Just the right one needs changing.
2 x Front indicators indicators faded/Not Amber - Fact: They work.
Engine valve cover leaking oil - Fact - I'm not a mechanic But I have never seen a drop of oil under the car.
Diff House leaking oil - Fact: I've never seen oil marks under the car.
Steering rack boot split right side - Fact: I'll have to take his word on this one.
Funny though how easy is to make money when you are Roadworthy tester. He could/ve made all this gone away if I'd "fixed' the car with him but if I took it somewhere else I would have to to take the test again and pay for the wholes thing again. Yet I walked out with a pink slip and he kept my $170. Now, is not that I think car should not be test before buying I do and I encourage to bring your mechanic along to check the car. Is that I've had this car for 4 years I have drove to Adelaide every Christmas with it I've used the car everyday and never had a problem with it. It is as reliable as it gets. I've seen a Ferrari broke down on Barkers Rd and I drove pass on my Camry because I can't afford a Ferrari. But the point is that my car keeps going and if you buy you'll get a used car in used condition that won't let you down and not a $250000 lemon.
Cars has 1915xx on the odometer. Has scratches, dents, dodgy paint fixed ups (You can thank me for this) But is mechanically sound. You are welcome to inspect the vehicle) Thanks for reading.
