Description
I originally bought this Celica with the intent to do it up, however certain life changes have me selling it.I have put in a bit of work into the engine with a top-end rebuild and copper head gasket to suit the
forged pistons, rods and sleeve reinforcement rings to cope with high PSI induction. I had the turbo rebuilt
with new journals and seals at the same time. More recent I have replaced sway bar links and bushes as
well as all four wheel bearings, diff and CV's. The tyres have done less the 5000km. I will be doing the
breaks in the next week or two (pads, machine discs, and bleed).
My next task was to fix the gear box, while still drivable, second and third syncro have been rough since I
have had it and the seal is slowly leaking.
The Microtech also needs to be reprogrammed I think there are some program issue with it.
The body panels are in good condition for a 26 year old car with few small dints. There is also a small
amount of rust on the drives side windshield pillar. the paint work ha a few blemishes the worst can be seen
on the rear bumper in the last photo.
This is an original ST185 and not a engine swap, these are getting more and more rare.
I am trying to be as honest as possible with the description and any questions will be answered asap.
Oh and the bike is not included.
