1989 Toyota Corolla SX Seca Twin Cam 4AGE original books, plates, sale receipt

This car is in excellent condition for its age, I am only the the third owner, the first owner had the car for 26 years and the second owner only had the car for one month as a run around. The car comes with its original books and the original sale receipt dated 8/1/1990. The car still has the original number plates. The car has a clear title (no accident history) and will come with the certificate.
Very straight car, paint still very shiny for its age
Engine strong and responsive, 322,000KM on the clock but has no leaks, blows no smoke, will go on forever
Gearbox smooth no noises or crunches
Interior very clean, the only imperfections are a tear on one side of the drivers seat and the drivers side door trim has been repaired below the interior handle neatly with black tape where a minor tear once was
Factory window tints, factory weather shields and factory power steering fitted
The car also has factory air conditioning, still blows cold
White walls have just been put on the original rims
The front shock absorbers, muffler tip and brake master cylinder have been recently replaced
The only modification to the car is an aftermarket Sony radio cassette player (I'm guessing cost a lot at the time) that still works great.
The registration expires in two weeks 8/1/2016 - a pink slip is included with the sale.
The car would ideally suit an enthusiast or collector as the old 4AGE Corollas are getting very hard to find in this condition.
