1984 Toyota Landcruiser Troop Carrier

Hi All,
Please note that this car is advertised elsewhere so please don't be disappointed if I end this auction early. I withhold the right to do so.
For Sale is my 1984 Toyota FJ45 Landcruiser Troop carrier. This has been my daily driver for just over two years now and has never failed me. I have never taken it off road, as I only bought it to have something more suited to have my dogs in (more suitable then my XR falcon). Only selling to get something more suited for starting a family in the future.
I purchased this rig in November 2012 from a collector who found it as a barn find, he then had it sitting in a shipping container to one day do up, but sold it due to having to many projects.
This cruiser is very straight and clean and all who see it are impressed at its condition. She has always been parked under the carport and kept out of the weather. I was asked to take some further pictures of her to email someone enquiring about the her the other day and upon inspecting I found a small spot of rust near one of the windows. You can just make out the little spot in one of the listed photos (the one looking down the right side of the car from the rear) if you wish to see further photos of this spot please message me asking as I am only more then happy to email them to you. I was going to take down some other pictures and list these newly taken ones of this minor spot but it's not really worth taking down a picture for.
When I bought it the seat upholster had just been redone, but unfortunately since I have been using it for my daily driver the driver’s seat has a tear down one of the seams, please see picture.
Below is the list of parts that where required and put on the car for its road worthy two years ago;

In conjunction with the above I also installed nipple greasable shackle pins, so from now on it will be much easier for whoever owns this rig to keep the bushes and pins in great condition.
The odometer meter hasn’t worked since I have had it and hadn’t been working before my ownership. The speedo and all other instruments work perfectly, it is just the odometer that is inactive. With that being said it has been serviced every 4 months, oils, filters and general lubrications all maintained, as it was my daily driver I needed it to be a well maintained and a reliable vehicle.
