Description
Toyota HiAce 2.4ltr automatic van in good reliable condition.
Has replacement Gem motor which runs excellent.
Includes spare wheel, jack and wheel brace.
WORK DONE - Approx 5,000klm ago (cost $1600 - reciepts):
Complete new brake system, hydraulic brake hoses, wheel cylinders, shoes etc.
New front ball joint, hub seal, rear wheel bearing kit.
Brand new shock absorbers all round. (another $240).
Since then no work needed to be done.
Rear of the van is empty, painted white, both side and rear doors work fine.
It has central locking and no rust in the floor.
Regularly serviced, driven easy by mature age driver, never thrashed.
This van runs great, the motor is strong, it starts first time even on cold mornings.
It does not blow smoke, automatic transmission works great, changes gears perfectly.
I never need to top up the oil or water which is checked regularly.
I put a new 600CCA Super Charge battery in it 4 weeks ago, alternator works great.
Tiny bit of rust in 2 spots. Tyres approx 40%.
It cruises nicely on the open road.
The van was resprayed Holden Hothouse Green and lowered when I purchased it June 2012.
THINGS WRONG:
It could do with a tune up. Inside light doesn't work, needs a new fuse.
Heater doesn't work, it could just be the thermostat, the fan works fine.
Air conditioning unit installed doesn't work. Needs seals upgrade.
Driver seat needs replacing, the seat cover is torn.
The duco topcoat is peeling off in a couple of places on right side.
Dent in rear door was there when I purchased it.
Front windscreen washers don't work. Wipers work fine.
Inspection invited, located in Orange, NSW.
It will pass a rego check easy. It's due for rego 13th July.
