1996 RN85 Toyota Hilux
Owned this ute for nearly 7 years and has never been on a towtruck in that time. Dont be deterred by the high milage as its mostly done highway ks.
Engine, clutch, drivetrain are perfect. The vehicle is really nice to drive.
Starts easily. does not blow smoke or burn oil and gets 10L/100k loaded on the highway on 95 octane.
Air con works well, compressor replaced a few years ago.
Has decent Pioneer deck.
Has new muffler.
Tyres are in good condition.
Comes with original books.
Rego til 28th Feb 2022
Has exhaust leak on the header, probably needs a gasket.
Could do with new leads and coil pack.
Bit of rust on RHS rear passenger door.
Has dent on RHS guard.
Drivers seat is worn out.
Alternator isnt the best, only just keeps up, but solar charger helps a lot.
Charge light and brake light go on and off intermittently, but brakes are good, pads replaced recently.
Runs a bit warm when daytime temps at 40C, could do with radiator service.
Located Revesby, inspection welcome.
