Here we have for sale a one private owner from new, HPI clear, 2009 59 registration toyota Hilux HL3 3.0 litre diesel which comes with grey leather interior, dealer fitted body colour snug top (from new), dealer fitted tow pack (from new), factory fit side steps/ running boards, unmarked alloy wheels and steel spare with original unused bridgestone tyre and full service history with all but one service/repair being carried out by Toyota main dealers in Newcastle (supplying dealer) and then Doncaster Toyota and as such is serviced and upto date AND THERE IS NO VAT TO BE ADDED TO THE FINAL PRICE.
The hilux has covered approximately 122500 miles with the majority (about 90%) being motorway miles and has never been used as a working vehicle and has always been used as a private truck. The owner purchased the vehicle as he prefered the elevated driving position and found it a better vehicle for transporting his dog hence the snug top. He used the vehicle to commute to his office and meetings around the country when he worked for the NHS upto his retirement at the end of last year.
The Hilux has the more powerful 3.0 litre diesel engine which should not be confused with the lesser 2.5 diesel engine, it has never been abused or thrashed and was driven between 65 and 70 mph when on the motorway to gain the best fuel economy.
The Hilux has no known faults or warning lights illuminated and has done very few miles since its last MOT. There are some cosmetic blemishes which can be seen in the pictures provided if enlarged and they are as follows:
Interior: Other than age related wear, If you select the picture of the drivers area you can see that the drivers door card plastic is cracked, this does not effect the operation or function of the door in any way. If you enlarge the drivers footwell area you will see some small blemishes in the carpet which can be covered with a mat.
Exterior: Starting at the front if you enlarge the picture of the front view you will see some small marks/chips above the front number plate, moving round to the passenger side you will see there is a scuff at the front of the front plastic wheel arch, moving to the rear wheel there is a scuff at the front of the rear plastic wheel arch, moving to the rear if you look at the picture of the back of the vehicle you will see some damage/ dents in the chrome rear bumper, I have priced a replacement chrome part and they can be found on ebay for around £139 delivered and finally if we move round to the drivers side there are no note worthy marks to mention. Other than marks/ imperfections that are commensurate with age these are the only real imperfections and these are allowed for in the price and should cost little more than a few hundred pounds at the most to correct and this is the reason it is cheaper than any other hilux of equivalent specification and type on ebay. None of these detract from the Hilux and it is still a very presentable, well cared for and tidy vehicle as can be seen from the photos, I just feel it best to be as honest as possible.
I am advertising this on behalf of my mother-in-laws partners family and bereavement is now the reason for sale.
