Selling as Is condition, unregistered. Great condition for its age!!! Buyer won't be disappointed!!!
Last registered in Victoria in 2013. All modifications were engineered in VIC in 1998 and would need a new Engineer report for NSW buyers.ENGINE- 308 Holden Black from 1983 statesman currently running on straight LPG.I have carby for dual fuel but no petrol tank, 2 large LPG tanks are fitted.Dual exhaust, a bit tappy on start up.Heavy duty starter motor, electric thermo fan and power steering.TRANSMISSION- Turbo 700, 4 speed adapted by Marks 4wd to original transfer case.REAR AXLE- Ford 9inch adapted to accept original HiLux springs, hubs and brakes. I was told it is a Detroit locker.INTERIOR- Scheel seats, Custom black carpet, Six 6x9 pioneer speakers and 600w amp with CD/Cassette/Radio, otherwise original.BODY- Very straight with no serious rust problems. 1 rust bubble near fuel filler door and was some in tub, which I treated and filled.Sports bar needs to be rubbed back and repaired.Paint is black enamel with hardener which could use some attention.Bullbar is a little bent on passenger side.Genuine Toyota rear bar with tow bar.Custom tailgate to accommodate spare tyre also acts as a workbench. I have spare tyre that fits tailgate but is oversized.I am NOT a mechanic! So I have told you what I know.
This HiLux is in GREAT condition for its age, it runs well.
