TOYOTA HILUX 2006 SR (2WD) V6 4.0 Manual
It is sad for me to let go of this unbreakable Hilux. Only reason for parting with it is because the Wife cannot drive manual! Need to look for an Auto one now.
Smooth V6, taken care of and has treated me and the family well. Ute has slight bumps due to its age and has highway Kms, but the added features were installed to protect, keep the unbreakable ute going and to assist with fuel economy:
External:
- Phillips Daytime Running Lights
- ARB Bull Bar
- ProRack Whispbar Roof Racks (100kg rated)
- Toyota Alloy Tray
- Full soft Tonneau cover
- Reversing sensors
- Reversing beeper (external beeper)
- Genuine 15" Toyota Load rated alloys
- Weather shields on all 4 doors
- Toyota tow bar
Internal:
- K&N Air filter
- JVC double DIN head unit with bluetooth
- Dash mat
- Fusion 8" underseat sub
- Tinted windows by Solartint
- Cruise Control
Work done recently:
- New clutch installed by Toyota (12 months ago)
- Airbag sensor replacement (due to recall 12 months ago)
- 4 new tyres (24 months ago, currently 80% left)
- Pedders renewed all steers bushes, tech report comes with car (18 months ago)
- Oil / Filter service (1 Month ago)
What can I say, i've taken cake of the beast as well as it has taken care of me, if i could find an Auto transmission conversion cheap enough, i'd keep it and drive the beast around the clock.
Needless to say, the aircon is icey cold, all electrics work, power windows and lights!Ute has a timing chain, so no more timing belt services.
Any questions please ask, more importantly please come and see the car and drive it.

Thank you for the parties who came to inspect the ute, and thank you for reminding me the ute comes with the original books and service history, and the JVC head unit comes with bluetooth to pair with your phone.
Please organise to inspect the ute ASAP, this is listed elsewhere and can be removed from auction at anytime.
