1978 FJ40 Toyota Land Cruiser2F - stock drive train with 4spd
I acquired this great truck as part of a trade for a super rare LHD HJ61 5spd turbo diesel. I have three other 40 series cruisers so I need to sell this one before fall too much in love. I got this with the intention of selling but have driven it everyday this week since I got it.
Restored by a father/son team from north Texas who also did the FJ55 seen in the background of one of the pics.
This thing drives great and looks great. I am sad that I can’t keep it til spring and run it with the top off. CCOT tailgate included. Passenger side door insert needs to be replaced and I’ll include a new pair that I bought from Cruiser Corps in OKC but simply have not had time to install.
Enjoy this with the top on for the fall/winter and then pop it off for springtime. I will have to see this go but happy for someone else to enjoy it. This didn’t sell last week so I am dropping the reserve. This is a great driving truck that needs to be driven and enjoyed! Bid with confidence.
Sold as is/ where is. Buyer responsible for shipping or pick up. This will drive where ever you want to go, given the time and gas! $500 deposit due within 24 hours of auction close.
