Description
It breaks my heart to have to part with this Land Cruiser, but I have too many projects going to give it the love it deserves. I imported this classic from Costa Rica last summer, so it doesn't have salt damage or much rust. If you are looking for a daily driver or a solid start for a renovation, look no further. The Good:
The Motor: It runs like a champ! I've had it over 60 mph on the highway here is the States.
Major systems: Brakes, gauges, lights, new batteries, work just like they should
Seats: All seats are in fantastic shape for being 43 years old. There is one four inch seam that needs to be re-sewn.
The Not-so-good:
Exterior: The paint has some bubbles and rust. Most can be buffed out, but the rear door panel needs a new skin or some minor metal work. It still turns heads, but a new paint job would really increase the value
Tires: At some point in the near future, it will need new tires. Just keep that in mind.
Parking Break: It needs new pads.
My plan was to make it look pretty and sell it, but I have 3 other 4x4's I'm working on, and just don't have the resources or time to tackle this one. Maybe you can do it? LOW RESERVE!
