Description
1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60
Vehicle body has 255,000 miles, replacement engine is from a 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser and has ~62,000 miles.
Manual 4 speed shifts easily, 4WD works as it should. This vehicle is a blast to drive - in the city, in the mountains, on the interstate. She runs very strong and get's noticed everywhere she goes.
This is a strong running Land Cruiser that has some good options and features, including a replacement engine with upgraded 4 bbl carburetor. She is a 4-speed manual transmission, power steering, power brakes, 4 wheel drive with locking hubs, old-school manual windows, and towing package.I’ve replaced the battery with an Optima (red top) battery within the past 1,000 miles.
The sticker shows it sold originally in Durango, Colorado and shows the vehicle as having factory a/c. The a/c components appear to be there but I haven't looked into getting it fixed.
Only bid if you fully intend to close the deal at the end of the auction. If you are the highest bidder at the end, you bought it!
This truck is almost 50 years old, and may need some adjusting/finishing/tinkering.There is rust along the rear quarter panels and rockers (let me know if you’d like more pics posted), the e-brake is inoperable.
It is not perfect, not a show truck, and it is not a new Toyota, but gets attention everywhere I go and would make a great toy!
You are bidding to OWN the Land Cruiser, not the right of first refusal. If you are the high bidder at the end of the auction, you bought it. You are welcome to ask questions or set up a time to come see it before the auction ends and I will do my best to accommodate you.Make sure you have the funds and the blessing from any significant other before bidding. Be sure to note that the buyer is responsible for shipping.Title in hand.
Thanks for looking!
I accept the following payment methods:
- Cashier's Check/money order
