Im putting my cruiser up for sale
This truck has countless hours and a lot of money into it.
-3B diesel and H55F+split Tcase swapped in at 180K, Engine has 350-360K now and runs like a top. Much better than the 2.4L problem motor and Automatic slush box they came stock with. This is how they should have come from the factory.
-T3 Turbo with aftermarket compressor wheel and housing. boost is 18-19psi.
-Front mount Intercooler and alluminium piping installed. EGT is hard to get over 1100F on the OK connector in top gear.
-Remote oil filter with braided lines
-Boost, EGT, Oil press, and water temp guages
-4.88 gears, Crazy low range crawl.
-Custom Front suspension ~9" lift. All Ballistic Fabrication parts.
Adjsutsble preload on the rod ends. Adjustable ride height. Rancho 9000xl Adjustable shocks all 4 corners. 2 sets of different rate front springs.
-Custom High Steer arms from 4x4Labs. The only set in the world made for this truck. Chevy 1 ton TRE's and DOM drag link and tie rod. New knuckle studs, cone washers, and nuts.
-Pro-Comp xtreme 15x10 alluminum rims with spline nuts and wheel locks. flat black powdercoated Running 35x12.5r15, room for 37's easy. Full size 35" new spare on generic wheel on rear carrier.
-Decent stereo USB/CD/SIRIUS/BLUETOOTH. 5 channel 700W amp and sub box.
-Mechanical converted hubs from the crappy electric motors
-Injection pump is getting upgraded from stock to a superpump. I am a pump builder and built and adapted it myself. Will flow 100% over stock fuel.
-Injector nozzles are brand new and set up with custom pressures.
-Head gasket was changed to MLS factory toyota gasket when engine was swapped, along with new ported precombustion chambers. Valves adjusted every year.
-Brakes are 2 years old. All calipers, brackets, pads, and rotors were replaced.
-All wheel bearings are new last fall.
-Front diff rebuilt with new seals and bearings.
-Rear main seal and Clutch replaced when motor swapped.
-3 inch exhaust from downpipe(2.5") back. Dumps in front of rear tire.
-Custom alternator bracketry for Isuzu NPR 80 Amp alternator and high volume vacuum pump. Wired into stock harness.
-New Brake and Clutch Master cylinder. New Clutch Slave Cylinder,
-Radiator Re-cored when engine swapped. No heat issues whatsoever.
-Interior in good shape, Driver seat is starting to wear a little. Suspension seats with adjustable preload. rear seats are in very good shape, carpet in very good shape.
Issues:
-Needs a rear bumper.
-Transmission SLOWLY seeps fluid into the Tcase, needs topping up every month or so.
-Reverse lights arent wired in yet.
-one loonie sized hole in front of the right rear wheel well and a slightly larger one on the left in the same spot. This is the ONLY rust damage on the truck..
-Tires need replacing. Rears are OK.
This rig goes anywhere and idles over most obstacles in the bush.
Has lots of power and gets decent mileage for what it is.
This has been my daily driver for 5 years and I've taken it on many long distance trips.
Im selling because i dont use it enough and our family is growing. It honestly will hurt to see it go.
In stock condition these are going for $5-11K, This is well priced and will outwheel almost anything that is road legal.
The pictures with the silver wheels are from before the suspension work was completed. Comes with the black wheels.
