Thank you for taking the time to look at my gorgeous MR2 roadster.
I am reluctantly selling it due to a crazy repair bill on my ride on mower for a new gearbox.
This isn't your standard plain Jane MR2, it has the body skirts and looks fantastic.
I wasn't planning on selling the car and recently spent a small fortune to have the leather seats and door cards professional reconditioned due to some wear and tear. The car is a fantastic drive and handles amazingly and is surprising quick for a small engine.
I only use it occasionally as I have a 300c as my day car.
Even today after sitting there for 5 weeks I turned the key and she fired up straight away. I took her down to the local car wash for a valet inside and out and asked them to pressure the hood to check for leaks, not a single drop of water came in.If you are after a good reliable car for a bit of fun especially now the summer is coming then feel free to contact me to have a look.
The car has a couple of minor scratches but nothing major and the engine management light came on when I used the car today but didn't affect the way it drove and went off again half an hour later. It may need a lambda sensor if it sensor if it persists I have been told but as shown in the picture it is intermittent.
The MOT is due next month but I will get a new one before the buyer collect so it will have a full 12 months MOT ( last mot had no advisories) and if time I will ask the garage to sort out the Lambda sensor.
Any inspection is welcome as there is nothing to hide with this car and offers considered so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
