I bought this truck from the original owner last year. i paid too much for it for it was supposed to be in perfect condition,.it was not. I have over $16,000. in it. Only selling for I have too many vehicles at this time.
It is an amazing example of a Toyota Pick Up. Note it is not a Tacoma for Toyota did not start making the Tacoma until 1995. Ebay has it as a Tacoma and they will not let me change the title.??? It say Pick-up" on the title. This is the truck that precedes the Tacoma. The truck is at our home in Taos, NM
It has everything every option that was available at the time right down to the running boards and the custom Toyota wheels. Many more pics upon request.
Truck is a joy to drive. Runs perfect. Very strong with the V-6. It does NOT burn or leak oil. It runs as if new.
I took it to the Toyota dealer in Durango and told them to go over it and bring everything up to spec. They had it for two weeks. The last picture shows the receipt for over $5,000.
I have original manual as well as all of the paper work for service done over the years.
New,
-water pump
-full tune up
-timing belt cam and crank seal, thermostat and hoses, it was time for this due to the mileage along with some other things included in the full service,plugs, wires and coil
-new master cylinder for the brakes
-new front end linkage
-new windshield
-new Toyota windshield wipers
-all oils and fluids changed, front and rear differential and transfer case flush ,..power steering flush
-new exhaust from header to tail pipe
-valve cover gaskets replaced
and more.
I also put another $300. (at least), myself by replacing all lights from Running Lights to "back up" to LED bulbs,. new Halogen headlamps,thing like this. Even replaced the yellow lenses on the front turn signals for they were foggy from age and not bright yellow anymore,.and many other small items that I can not even remember now. I am a freak about these little things.
There is a little rust on the rear bumper. The front grill is slightly dented in the center and the hood has been repainted due to a mild hit in the front. Have to look close to see. Have paper work for that as well.
Ask for pics of any close ups you might like to see.
