Toyota 4 Runner SR5 (4x4) (1989) 4D Wagon Manual (2.4L - Carb) Seats

Selling my beloved 4Runner. Have thoroughly enjoyed owning this car, have used it as a daily commute and also as a 4x4 on the weekends, away with friends. Very capable vehicle. A reluctant sale.Under the bonnet, the car has recently received a reconditioned Engine (have only travelled about 10,000km on it), new distributor, Radiator, water pump, thermostat, engine mounts and alternator.Under the vehicle, the car has recently received new front brake pads and discs, wheel bearings, front IFS drive shafts and upper ballpoints.The oil has been changed every 5,000km religiously and has recently had a major service. The vehicle is in beautiful mechanical condition, and has one year full rego (29/07/2106).The body is in fair condition, some blemishes and marks but overall not bad for a vehicle this age. Vehicle is fitted with factory jack and spare tyre handle, something I have found very hard to come by.The wheels are 16" steel rims off a toyota prado, and are fitted with BF Goodrich Mud Terrains, this is a set of 5, even the spare has been changed to match the rest of the car. The tyres are not fully worn, but will require replacement in the future.The car drives smoothy and is nice to tour in, it sits very comfortably on the freeway and uses a little over 11L/100km. The efficient 2.4L may not be the quickest car on the road but supplies plenty of torque when required, and when coupled in low range is almost unstoppable! The reason I chose this car over the 3.0L is because the 2.4L 22R motor is very common in Australia, easy to work on and easy to get parts for, where as the 3.0L was only seen in the 4Runner, and can be difficult to source parts.Overall I have had some great times in this car and seen some great things, I hope it can bring as much joy as I had to the new owner.
