Up for sale
is a 1993 model Toyota 4Runner RV 3.0 V6 5 Speed Manual.
It has 304,000 kms on the odometer and 1 month rego.
The Good.
· Maxxis Big Horn Tyres, 10mm tread on alloy SR5 rims.
· Steel TJM winch Bullbar with spot lights and CB aerial.
· Hayman Reese tow bar.
· Body is in good condition. Has one spot of rust that I’ve found on the drivers side A pillar.
· Interior is in good condition and clean.
· Uniden 40 ch CB Radio.
· Kenwood CD/MP3 Player.
· After market central locking installed.
· Serviced regularly.
Parts that have been replaced in the last 10,000 kms.
· Spark plugs and leads.
· Distributor cap.
· Coolant.
· O2 sensor.
· Coil.
· Knock sensor.
· Knock sensor lead.
· Engine heads have been reconditioned and have new valves, valve seats and seals. Have receipts
The not as good.
· Paint on the passengers side is great. Paint on drivers has the dreaded clear coat cancer that cars of this have.
· Rear window needs help to open and close but still opens and closes. Needs another mechanism, teeth are worn at the end of window travel. Motor is fine.
· Has A/C but needs to be re gassed.
· Has a small issue with the head lights. No lights at high beam but high beams work when you flash the lights. An auto electrician can work this out in no time.
· Door locking knob tracks need to be lubricated for central locking to work properly.
· Oil leak at Valve cover gaskets. Have replaced them but still leaks.
This car is well maintained and goes well however it does have the problems that a car of this age will have. Since ive owned it, it has never been in the bush or on the beach. Just used to mainly go to and from work. Had bigger plans that didn’t eventuate. Selling the car because I bought a newer vehicle that is more suited to my needs.
