1971 TA22 Celica – Build date 12/71
Unfinished project for sale.
I have been working towards making this car an ST replica so it does come with many ST/GT parts as listed below.
Please note: I am not prepared to separate any of the items so please do not ask.
Also, you bid to buy not to inspect, none paying buyers will be dealt with accordingly.
Finally, the car is being so as is and no returns accepted so pre bid inspections recommended.
Condition of the body overall is quiet good for it’s age. The flooring has been coated in a protective coating by a previous owner and I have done some but not all required the rust repair.
I have had the car for 2 and ½ years and it has always been garaged in that time and I have never allowed it to get wet.
The interior shown in the pictures is newly re-trimmed in a GT style, including original dragon logos on back of headrests and I also have a new head liner.
All parts required to complete the car are included except for carpet, dual carb throttle linkage, boot rubber and a boot badge.
When I bought this car it was already stripped to it’s current state and the motor started fine and ran great up until I removed the single carb, it does not drip any oil or water
I stripped a second TA22 before this one and have all nut/bolts/screws itemised as shown in picks so you will get spares of many items.
I also have the shell from my previous TA22 that I have been using for patch panels which you are welcomed to take.

A second rust free bonnet.
New genuine rubbers for front and rear windows, doors and door openings.
All stainless steel trim
ST/GT bonnet vents
Fender mirrors
ST/GT centre console
ST/GT oil/amp gauge
ST dual carb set up
ST/GT rear grab handles
Flat tail lights in good condition
New Celica badges and dragon badges
Two dash pads
Two gauge facias (1 uncut)
Good front and rear bumpers in chrome
All glass included
Plus much moreas stated above I did completely strip another TA22 before buying this one so you will get some doubles of stuff.
