My sister bought car from the dealership, she was second owner, I am the third.
Ok, so a week ago my white 96 model Celica Coupe 2.2 L ZR ( has air bag steering wheel but for some reason no sunroof) started over heating. I carefully drove it home. Then when I had some more cash, I carefully drove it to the mechanics to get it fixed.
They fixed the thermostat (cause of the over heating) but then told me one of the cylinders were stuffed & do I want them to send it off to get checked. I said yes, long story short, 1 cylinder was completely warped and the cost they quoted to get fix was an amount I wasn't prepared to pay.
I decided to pay them for the labour that they already done & just get the car towed home.
So, up until 2-3 wks ago, besides driver door automatic window regulator not working ( I just pulled up the window if it rains) everything else on the car was fine i.e. starter motor, alternator, new thermostat, power steering unit & everything else besides the engine.
I'm not in a rush to get rid of this car (might even fix it myself), so happy/open to all offers and discussions. I'm currently working on another project car at home so feel free to come & check out the Celica/parts or email me for more details/questions/or more specific pics of separate items/whatever. I'm very accommodating.
A trusted mechanic has told me for someone who knows their way around engines, this would be perfect to buy and put in a new engine/second hand engine and either sell, or keep as a daily driver. Or maybe u have a crashed Celica and just need a new body.
At the moment I have the Mechanics report about the cylinder head, I also have a service report from about 2 months ago showing that the car was running fine. Can email you pics of the detailed reports for peace of mind. Feel free to contact me to come have a look in person, I work from home so most hours are fine.

The break pads are like new. Has got original Parcel shelf. All four wheels have pretty decent tread. These are four stud 15 inch alloys so should fit a lot of cars. Can provide specific size if required.
Prefer local pick up of parts in Paralowie Adelaide but may ship parts (depending on the parts you want) at buyers expense. Cash on pick up
