Toyota Hilux SR5 (1984) X Cab P/Up 5 SP Manual (2L - Carb)

This modified 1984 Toyota Hilux is a real head turner and a fun drive. This car has been HEAVILY MODIFIED.
Moving overseas motivated to sell, make an offer!
Modifications include:
- Engine has been replaced with a Holden 308 (5 Litre) V8 (reconditioned early 2009);
- The Transmission and driveline has been replaced with a Holden 3 Speed Automatic and been rebuilt in 2013;
- Front and Rear heavy duty Rancho shocks fitted;
- Steering wheel is an Autotecnica sports steering wheel;
- Tyres (x5) replaced in 2009 with Cooper tyres (approx 22");
- Alloy rims 16"x8" (New 2009);
- Seats have been replaced with Autotecnica sports bucket seats;
- Power windows, interior lighting and LED strip in grill;
- Dixie tune horns installed (in addition to stock horn);
- Paint is "Violet Pearl";
- Chrome alternator (replaced 2012) and air filter (in addition to stock air filter); and
- Carburettor rebuild 2013.
Engineers certificate is included with this purchase and it is registered until March 2015. The car is garaged and rarely allowed to even be dusty. It has 117900 km on the clock (has done far less since engine rebuild).
This is a project car that is very near completion, I am very reluctant to sell but I am heading overseas and won't be able to maintain it. I have spent far more than $22,000 on this car but it is a labour of love. Registration paid until Mar 2015. It is certified roadworthy.
