Toyota Landcruiser LWB (4x4) (1991) 2D Hardtop Manual Petrol/Gas conversion

Toyota Landcruiser Troopy.Bought for round Oz trip for son but never got to do it, now departed overseas and no longer needed !
Far too much spent on the car and now needs someone with time and knowledge to finish off.
Drives well and stops even better, everything works as it should.
Good Points.
Serviced last year and still not up to next service date yet.
Receipts for work on engine and transmission for over $2500
New aluminium high spec radiator fitted (6 months old)
New clutch master and slave cylinder (1 month old)
Gas tank serviced and certified (last year)
Two new batteries (6 months old)
Air con regassed and serviced last year (very cold)
New front windscreen (last year)
Warn remote 4500Kg winch (works well)
Roof rack with ladder
Bull bar
Good tyres
Interior seats fine
Spots (one lens cracked)
Tow bar
CD radio
CB radio
And the bad
She's no show pony !
Exterior has scratches and small dent in front wheel arch but it's a Troopy.
Only two rust areas 1. Where previous owner didn't use mudguards and back panel need repairing.
2. Drivers door skin may need replacing or repair.(See photos)
Oil leak from engine seal.
Slight blow in exhaust
Steering rubbers need replacing
Interior could do with tidying up, very basic. (We were going to use checker board for the panels but again never did !)

I think you get the picture.
This car needs someone who can work on it instead of paying $100/hr to a mechanic, end result will be an honest car that will last a few years yet. Could do the job but have lost interest and no time.
No rego and no road worthy, sold as seen no returns.
Selling elsewhere so have the right to end auction or cancel if sold.
