1999 Toyota Landcruiser HZJ79r 4.2 Diesel
Images form part of the description. Please review all images before bidding. I have tried to describe all defects and problems with this vehicle, some minor defects may be missed however this vehicle has travelled over 300,000 km as a work vehicle and is almost daily used in muddy and rocky conditions in 4wd so the condition reflects the use.
340,000 km.
NSW Rego till 18-10-2015.
Rust in the engine bay
Rust in the tray
Battery acid has lifted the paint on the LHS mudguard and in the engine bay where the panel and battery tray is rusted.
Door lining is slightly torn
Seat stitching is torn but seat covers cover the tears.
Headboard for the tray has been pushed into the cab and rust is visible on the tray floor.
4WD is difficult to engage
Minor hail damage on the bonnet,
Dent on the drivers door where the mirror was hit and the door pushed in.
5th slips out of gear when transition from acceleration to deceleration
There is a loud banging and violent wobble in the steering at about 60 to 80 km per hour.
At 80 to 100km there is a shake that appears to come from the rear.
Tyres are Khumo Road Venture 80% tread
Rims are scratched from tyre changes
Motor is a little smokey but still OK for 340km, There is a loud ticking noise when it runs and is difficult to start on cold mornings.
Rear end is rusted, towball is difficult to remove.
Bottom panel to bulbar is rusted out.
Minor oil leak from the gearbox bell housing
Vehicle located in North west Sydney.
