Description
the time has come to sell my much loved burg due to moving and now having to travel around 30 miles a day to get to work. i only ever used the car as a weekend car and now i dont want to be putting loads of miles on it so it has to go
start with the good bits
low miles 36K
four good tyres
just had new discs all round and new yellow stuff pads front and rear
just had two new track rod ends
new drop links
full service history
had a gearbox due to common fault, lost 3rd gear and also had new clutch at the same time
Modifications
retro fit AFL headlights
SMD number plate lights
white boot strip and white VXR badge
white rocker cover
MTC crossover delete with CDTI airbox
MTC breather hose
all MTC water hoses
Forge front mount with enlarged top hat
Airtec recirc valve
Boost gauge in vent pod
stage 3 map, with dyno 295 BHP
Remus decat pipe
and usual Burg extras keyless entry, keyless start, auto lights, auto wipers, full heated leather, auto dip rear view mirror
Not so good bits
windscreen has crack
exhaust manifold has a crack, common problem but i have a replacement to go with the car
sim unit at back of steering wheel stopped working, another common fault with mk5 astra but have another sim unit to go with the car. vauxhall gave me a price of £150 to fit and program
also need to keep the log book once the car sells so i can remove my number plate, logbook is here with the rest of the paperwork and will be forwarded on as soon as the plate is removed
please remember this is not a brand new car so does have some age related marks
