Description
Up for sale is my 2006 Corsa fitted with a Z20LET engine & F23 gearbox. Mot'd couple weeks ago so yrs mot.
Running roughly 300bhp ( genuinely )
It was built roughly a year & a half ago to a very high standard compared to others I have seen. Car is showing 74k miles verified by vosa.
This is a list of some of the modifications done on top of the actual conversion..
Hi flo intake / plenum
Larger TX autosport Top Hat
High pressure fuel pump
VXR hybrid Turbo
VXR 440cc Injectors
TX autosport crossover delete
308mm Disc conversion
Uprated suspension ( rear now has standard struts & aftermarket springs.. rear shocks were to low / hard )
Boost set to a very safe 20psi which equates to 300bhp
Recirculating valve
JR Filter
Jr Driveshafts / cv's
Powerflex Black series complete bush kit
Hi flo Large intercooler kit.
Full 3 inch stainless exhaust.
After a year on the road last July the clutch was a bit of a weak point so there was a Stage 2 clutch ordered from demon tweeks
Whilst the car was off the road the opportunity was taken to do some more work..
Including the timing belt , full service of course , gearbox oil , both crankshaft oil seals , 2 suspension arms , wheel bearings , track rod ends , bigger 308mm brakes & a new battery.
Since then it was serviced in November again , there has genuinely been no expense spared on this car.
Interior is as standard apart from a couple of dials , it's kept spotless , regularly cleaned and smells nice !
Bodywork is excellent for an 06 , there are a few small chips been repaired with a touch up , couple small hairline cracks on bonnet , small 5p dent on door if you have a good squint , kinda stuff you only find when polishing. bonnet has been modified to sit slightly higher at front. Rest assured overall appearance is great.
I wont go into superlatives describing the performance , I'm sure you can work out a car that weighs the same as a lidls shopping trolley with a genuine 300 bhp is gonna be a bit nuts.
Its pretty funny the extreme difference of looks vs performance , loud snarls ,whining turbo , cracks , bangs , take your foot off the crazy pedal it snaps like a 50ft dog barking in a tunnel,
all wrapped up within a wee innocent looking corsa !!
Still under original registration as a 1ltr , I would recommend this be changed by the new owner.. Engine number fully intact so this will be easily done, if you choose to do so.
The car is kept garaged , and I'm afraid I will be stringent with viewings..
Even if you only want to view the car and go for a drive ( me driving ) I will require to at least view full payment before I open the garage door.
Its in my lock up which is under a 5 minute walk from my house. No money , no viewing.
I would actually be happier to meet somewhere for viewing , but actual sale will be from my home.
Hopefully you understand this has thousands & thousands & thousands of pounds of parts on it , and being honest I assume a bit of a target for thieves hence I will be very careful !
