2006 VAUXHALL TIGRA EXCLUSIV BLACK 1.4 petrol manual

Selling my Vauxhall Tigra due to pregnancy and therefore it is no longer practical for me, I have owned this car since May 2012 and it has never had any problems, just the usual tyres/breaks etc, timing chain was changed in 2013 at 119000 miles, mileage is now 147303.
The car drives brilliantly and has an MOT which expires on 13/07/2016, it has had some advisories (see picture) which I have not had addressed other than the oil leak. I have misplaced the service book however have receipt from last service which included timing chain change, could do with a service in the near future, comes with two keys.
The interior is in good condition other than the leather seats, again see pictures. There is some bubbling/corrosion to the very bottom of the drivers side door and some slight damage to the front bumper which is shown in the pictures, the electric mirrors do not work however boot, windows and roof all open and close as they should. The car has HID lights and heated seats.
Although not cosmetically in the best condition this is an honest car and has served me well, I am sure it will go many more miles, it is priced to sell.
The car is going to be SORNED and put on my parents drive within the next few days so as to avoid paying tax and insurance on two cars however any viewing/inspection is welcome. Car is located in Bury.
