For sale - 1976 Volkswagen 1600 Beetle.
Last of the Aussie built Veedubs. This was a special run out model that combined the best of the 1500 model with the best of the SuperBeetle. Full IRS rear suspension and the rugged torsion bar front suspension. This model also got the 1600 Super Beetle engine with alternator charging system.
This example is mechanically good with strong 1600TP engine, nice shifting gearbox, tight suspension all round. All electricals operational. Brakes operational. Excellent interior. Needs rust repairs and paint. Selling as a rolling project. Repair panels will be supplied. Start stops and drives. Drive home on a permit.
