1962 Volkswagen Beetle-Classic

Original Turquoise Pennsylvania barn find ragtop over 12 years ago at which time I towed it to my empty house in Florida and there it has sat in the garage never having done anything to it as I live in NJ full time. I bought with the understanding that the motor has been rebuilt but I haven't run it in over 10 years so I am selling it as is and needs to be mechanically gone over. It would need a battery and gas to get it running so if you want to give it a try feel free to do so, the car has been moved to my sisters house near by so if you would like to check it out in person give me a call and I will arrange it as I said I'm in NJ and the car is on the west coast of Florida. The photos kind of tell it all, the body is pretty solid with mostly original paint with a rust patina , running boards need to be replaced along with the jack tubes also needs a new headliner, carpets and tires.
The ragtop was replaced just before I got the car and is in great shape. The glass is all good but comes with an extra windshield and rear window also a nice rear bumper that is shown in one of the photos and 2 extra wheels in the trunk.
It also comes with a tow bar to take it away.
