Built in
Germany this bus was exported to Peru in February 1954. Its chassis number is
20-073 036 and its Model 241 as shown on official VW manufacture certificate
(available).
This bus has undergone a complete restoration and 90% complete. Everything is practically new or restored. Somethings will need to be changed like the front bumper whisch is just not available in Peru.
In pristine condition starting with 1500 cc engine completely overhauled, semaphores, original glass, perfectly working original speedo, ignition lights, etc.
This bus has the extremely rare tailgate with window special option that was built in only a handful of buses and is on the birth certificate issued by volkwagen in germany.
This bus is in Lima, Peru ready to ship to any port worldwide. Anyone interestred in the bus is more than welcome to come and see it. Have been shipping vehicles for 17 years and can assist in shipping worldwide.
