Car will be sold with a Ga. Bill of Sale and Car comes with a North Carolina title but previous owner did not transfer it due to Ga. not requiring a title for vehicles this old. Title is not signed on the back period. Please check with your state to see what's involved with tagging or obtaining another title on the vehicle in your state. I only know what Georgia allows.
