1968 Volkswagen Beetle-Classic

Selling my 1968 VW Ecotec Bug. This thing is a beast under wide open throttle! It's very tame under normal driving. The motor is a stock 2.4 liter ecotec that's been cleaned up. It basically is stock with the exception of having a header & a K&N intake. The kit came from Alpha Fab, if you want to google them. The swap was done right & professionally by a local race shop in our area. I built it to keep it, but circumstances are forcing the sell. It has a drive by wire throttle cable, which is very convenient. As you'll see the radiator is in the front. It's ducted with electric fans and runs very cool. The coolant lines are hard lined under the vehicle and has rubber elbows for easy maintenance. Fuel cell is in the front also and has a filler outside for easy filling.
We built the car to be easily maintained and worked on. Like I typed in the beginning, it runs very strong
The car is not a show car yet. It needs paint & it needs the interior finished. Mechanically, it's sound and very reliable. I'm selling it at a loss, so don't miss your chance to own this awesome bug.
