1967 Volkswagen Bug -

Its time to let my 1967 VolkswagenBug go. I have had this bug for 3 years and it has stayed in a garage. We havetaken it out every once and a while for shows or to go for a little drive. Forits age it is in wonderful condition but does have a few bumps and bruises. Iam sad to see this little guy go but it is time to see it go to someone elsewho will enjoy it like I have.

Engine has been warmed up a little;dual carbs, bigger bore, exhaust, etc.

The Good,
-Minimal surface rust, but rustfree. Pan, heater channels, and body are all rust free.
-Back and front passenger side seathas no rips, front has minimal on the seat bottom(see picture)
-New headliner
-Clean dash
-Starts right up, engine is solid.
-Mechanically a daily driver.
-Very clean little bug.

The Needs,
-Rear right interior panel needs tobe glued. No rips or tears
-Missing radio
-Will pop out of reverse. We justhold it in reverse when when needed. No function lost.
-There is a small tick (notknocking) in the engine that comes and goes. We think that once thebug is driven regularly it will go away.
-Passenger door is stuck in thelocked position. The window still works great
-window crank on the passenger sideneeds to be replaced. Window can be rolled up and down still.
-Hood latch is missing

Payment Methods
Cash (in person),certified check, banktransfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Pleasebe sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before makingyour final bid. Call us for more information.
Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction tosecure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance duewithin 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must becompleted before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes
By submitting your deposit, you are enteringinto a legally binding contract to buy this vehicle. All vehicles are soldas-is unless otherwise specified. I have done my best to accurately describethis vehicle. The miles you see are the actual miles on the vehicle at the timeof the listing. It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect thevehicle before the end of the transaction.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shippingcharges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company Weassume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. Ifthe vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before thevehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Storage
It is the buyer’s responsibility to have theirpurchase picked up from our facility no later then15 days from the end of theAuction. If a vehicle stays longer then 15 days without communication to us itis subject a $50 dollar a day storage fee. If the vehicle is left for longerthan 60 days, it will be considered abandoned. The deposit and payment will notbe refunded.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately andfairly describe this vehicle to you. I have tried to disclose allinformation known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised thatused vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year andmechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and recommends a buyer'sinspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure youinspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible forany inspection charges and fees.
Warranty
This vehicle is being sold "asis". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor areany representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.
Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and endan auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will berecognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligatedto sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedbackbidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us priorto bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via emailafter the auction closes or he/she must contact me within 24 hours to proceedwith payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 2 businessdays of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list thevehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualifiedbuyer.
