1959 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

This is a one of a kind two owner beetle since new, all original 1959 Beetle show car. Other than one repaint, new headliner and windshield and replacement bumpers, it is completely original. The original bumpers were in good shape but had the typical dings. The replacements are highest quality from Belgium. It features approximately 48 original accessories, most are NOS. The engine and transmission were completely rebuilt about 6 years ago and the car has been driven sparingly since then. It is a numbers matching car and includes the birth certificate from Germany. It was repainted about 5 years ago and had zero rust issues. It is a show quality paint job. A consistent show winner and a real head turner. Some of the accessories alone are priceless. The mileage of 68,600 is ORIGINAL to the car. The Australian hood ornament was discovered a few years ago by me and was re-chromed and installed. It is an extremely rare and valuable addition. There are many other accessories not shown with the car that can be purchased separately such as a picnic basket, hood logos, etc., all of which are period correct and rare, or if the price is right, I will include them. The original manual comes with the car. The tires are new with less than 300 miles on them. This car needs absolutely nothing. The photos are from a magazine shoot 5 years ago.
