Description
Welcome to my auction of my much loved Volkswagen Bora TDI Highline
The car comes kitted out with factory heated leather seats with 5 settings, rear parking sensors, cruise control.
The cars been lowered on coil-overs so it has a nice strong stance with great handling
Its had the exhaust catalytic Converter removed and has been replaced with a straight through pipe for better fuel economy as diesels don't need them and passed MOT fine.
Great economy (Tax Insurance Fuel) with great MPG
Looks stunning and definitely has been looked after by myself.
The service history is minimal from the last one at 71,000 which was cam-belt and water-pump by a VAG Specialist, as i do all my own servicing as i get free oils and filters and love working on my VW's so they all get at least 2 a year. Brand new disks and pads fitted all round.
** Private Plate not included, will be replaced with 55 reg **
The bits that need sorting
The original radio has been removed so another (cheap from eBay) will need to be sourced as the steering wheel controls are not connected to the radio, as the stereo in now i got solely to use my phone through.
After 15-20 mins the traction control light pops up and stays on until reset of key, is im writing this its made me realise why i have never had it checked out but to be honest its never caused me any bother and i must have subconsciously got used to it.
Around 2 years ago a drunk threw a brick at the rear NS quarter panel that i have had replaced. Its been properly welded, seem sealed, primed and painted but unfortunately can be seen from the top of the door shut as photoed but not too noticeable. Inside the door frame 2 welds that seem the panels together can also be seen but again not too noticeable. The car has general wear and tear with scratches but for age again not too bad at all.
Only reason for sale is im desperately in need of a Passat estate or similar for my 2 ever growing dogs so the back seats are no longer an option.
So a very well looked after family car that just needs a bit of TLC and a loving new owner.
Remember for under 3k you get a reliable german Volkswagen with :-
- Parking Sensors
- Heated Leather Seats
- Automatic Rain Sensors
-Auto Dim rear view Mirror
-Heated Wing Mirrors
- Cruise Control
The car can easily be converted back to standard for no extra cost with original suspension and wheels.
Will consider any swaps for any VAG related estates or anything will a boot. Possibly Vans also! All at similar spec.
Thanks for looking any questions just ask me on here as they will come straight through to my phone.
