1974 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon

Recent Barn Find!!!
orient blue and white Volkswagen Tin top.
Cool old Vw Bus. Factory side windows.
Factory fitted air con (not tested) all parts are there.
Factory sticker states built in 1974. Title was registered in 1975.
Rare early automatic transmission. One key fits all locks.
VERY very solid bus. I cleaned it with my son and the floors in the cab are amazing for the age! just look at the photos.
Middle seat is missing. Interior still has the rubber mats with the rare factory blue over carpets.
Please note Mileage is unknown sorry
Only one area of bondo on the rear drivers side. Apart from that its super solid underneath and on all of the body.
The bus was last registered in 1998 !
the last owner started fitting town dellorto carbs and removed the injection i was told.
What you see is what you get. The motor looks like it would operate with a recommission.
I fitted a spare battery of mine and yes the wiper motor works.
Comes with the original VW black plastic spare wheel cover and sliding door card panel. I removed them to start cleaning the inside.
So to recap - if you have ever dreamed of finding a genuine unmolested Bus with a solid body then this could be the bus for you.
Imagine it with a re paint and driving again. Certainly a great investment for the future.
I would love to keep this but have too many projects at the moment plus our son wants to get a early beetle as his first car.
