Classic VW Bus! 1970. Sunroof. Good Condition!

I am selling this classic 1970 VW Bus. It's in good condition and just needs a little work to get it in great shape. I bought this bus about 3 months ago from the previous owner, who owned it for 25 years. He kept it under a roof the whole time and kept up on all maintenance and repairs. The 1641 cc engine was completely rebuilt in 2010 and has just over 2000 miles on it. The fuel lines, clutch kit, carburetor, and many other parts were all replaced at the same time that the engine was rebuilt. Engine runs great. Suspension and brakes are in good condition. The tires have about 80% life left. Doors and windows all work fine, as well as the sunroof. It has tinted windows. The paint is in good condition, no rust in the whole bus except in the left front floor panel and cargo floor panel where the seats are mounted. All lights and gauges are working.

I need to sell it because I am getting married and need the money. California clean title.
I have all the documentation on the repairs and maintenance from the last 25 years.
