1979 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Transporter

Up for sale is a 1979 VW Bus/Transporter. The bus is all original. The engine is not matching numbers. The engine does run although currently it is not getting fuel. The gas tank has been replaced along with the fuel pump and lines. It is fuel injected and I am not familiar enough with the system. Might be something simple. I haven's spent enough time trying to get it running. The bus has the large sunroof in the back. the sunroof needs the cables replaced. It does come with new seals. The bus needs a good cleaning inside. The drivers seat back is broken. Has the gasoline heater underneath. Not sure if it works. There is rust in all the usual places. Overall the bus is in decent condition given the year. Great patina.I do not have a title for the bus. Maine does not issue titles for anything older than 96. I will write a bill of sale for anyone that purchases the bus.
